Made a whole foods cut up air dried chicken rubbed with tsunami spin. A couple of naan pizzas. One was carmalized onions, arugula, goat cheese and a 12 year aged balsamic. The other was just some pepperoni and plain for my 4 year old. Also a nice bourbon aged stout.

Food looks great. What did you think of the beer? I tried it a couple years ago and couldn't stomach it.

Good stuff right there, did you save the beer for dessert? It only gets better with age IMO.

@pgprescott I really like the beer. Have consumed 2 out of the four pack so far. For $30 not trying to crush them like normal beers. @Phatchris does it really get better with age? I have two bottles left. How long did you store it's? Dark and room temp I assume? Thanks!Chester, MD

definitely a sipper. I am a bourbon lover and like my beer as well, but couldn't get into the infused flavor. Hey, just not for me. Obviously, I thought it might be when I purchased it. -
I usually age for a year or 3, in the basement. Mellows the hotness of the alcohol.DIAD said:@pgprescott I really like the beer. Have consumed 2 out of the four pack so far. For $30 not trying to crush them like normal beers.
