.......Grill some venison. The Mrs hate dear meat with a passion so while she is gone I figured I would grill some frozen deer meat steaks from my freezer. I decided to do them two ways, for no particular reason other than that's what struck my fancy. I did one with redeye express and the other with S&P and garlic powder. I gave them both a beer and Worcester sauce bath before I rubbed them. Got the grill going to 650 and seared them for a couple of minutes a side. I pulled them off afterwards since I like my venison closer to rare. imageimageimage
