Chicken with Spicy Miso Mayo; Hot Creamy Cucumber Potato Salad

Options
This was a nice dinner. Two recipes, both from Food and Wine:

Chicken marinade:
Yellow bell pepper, chared and skinned
Fresh ginger
5 garlic cloves
Lime juice
1/3 cup cilantro
1 cup EVOO
Blend until smooth

Chicken dipping sauce:
1/3 cup mayo
2 ts miso
2 ts Sriracha

Potato salad:
1/3 cup mayo
2 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs sugar
1 ts Dijon
1 ts celery seeds
1 clove garlic
1 ts red pepper flakes
Whisk to combine; then add:
1/2 cup diced up fresh parsley

Cook potatoes (I oar boiled 15 minutes and then grilled), then combine with dressing. Add:

1 slices cucumber
1/3 slices red onion
