I have one more round of Thanksgiving meals to cook and then I'm DONE. Got a 10lb ham on the small with nothing but maple smoke and a 9lb turkey breast on the large with MCR and cherry/pecan for smoke. For a mid afternoon snack it will be liver and onions dusted with Swamp Venom. image Tucked in and gettin happy image

    For the L&Os, did you use anything besides Liver, onions, and rub? Any liquid ? 

    I'd like to try this soon.  Looks awesome !!! My mouth is watering. Could be a Chef's Treat on a regular basis.....

    For chicken livers I just throw in the foil with whatever kinda rub I'm in the mood for. Today is Swamp Venom. No liquids
