Mad Max Turkey and gravey.

A bit of thanks to @nakedwhiz‌ for the instruction on this years turkey and gravey. The bird was amazing, and has taken the place of the deep fried bird from here on out. 13.5 lbs started at 350 indirect and then slowed to 200 as we approached the pull time. Looked and taste great. It was my first attempt with gravey and those who had it said it was the best they've had, wanted to know how it got smokey, haha. No cutting picks as things got a little busy with two turkeys, a ham and 13 side dish's.
