its a beautiful brisk day in Minnesota- got the Egg started around 6 am and the bird prepped and on the bird on by 7. Now its up to the Egg.
325 with the vertical roaster- 18 pound bird.

Looks great! I did mine last year on the Sittin Turkey filled with butter, white wine, herbs, garlic, onion and water. I might do it that way for Christmas vs a Spatchcock again.
