Nothing special tonight. Running behind so I thought I would turbo the grub. Going indirect at 425 degrees from take off to touch down. Simple seasoning as well. Salt, pepper, cayenne and little more cayenne just in case. I ran some leg quarters yesterday at 225 degrees. Tonights high temp cook will give me something to compare them against.
