Found Brussels sprout stalk at Trader Joes and Romaine too Grill with Ceasar dressing and Blue cheese
Two inch Rib-eye on the Grill Grates @ 400* Seasoned with salt, pepper and Southern Flavor Rub
Pulled @ 128* interior temp.
Romaine cut side down with Caesar dressing
Turned to roast the Blue Cheese for two min.
We love this cut of meat it grills just right, Jackies Brussels sprouts were perfict as well as the grilled romaine a wonderful meal
