Stainless Steal Chimney from Smokeware
And this great little Grill Light, both are real great accessories
Two Tri-Tips marinading in two different recipes in the fridg. overnight
The Russet Potatoes Baked for 1hrs. @ 425*
I added some frosted plastic to spread out the light
This meal turned out great with the two different marinades. They were both wonderful. The twice baked potatoes with sour cream, caramelized onions, milk, cheddar cheese and bacon were fabulous also.

Nice cook! That's cool light! Thanks for sharing.Kennesaw Ga. XL Egg. Cheers, Kevin

Great cook, congrats!
I have a similar light but it's mounted on a headband almost like an old school miners lamp. The nice thing about that is I can get light anywhere I need it, including, but not limited to, on the grid. Not knocking your set up (which is really nice), just mentioning an alternative.

Looks awesome. I need to try baked potatos. The light looks neat. I'm still working the ol' cell phone flashlight. Hah
May I ask what your table is made from? SWMBO is thinking it is half of a metal 5 shelf with custom wood shelves. -
You can't beat Costco tri tips, nice work, and some neat new toys to boot. I wish we could get briskets here from Costco like they do in TX, but they don't get the tri tip.LBGE - I like the hot stuff. The big dry San Joaquin Valley, Clovis, CA

A lot of comments about the light, but the tri tip is the clear show stopper here. You can't imagine how good properly prepared prime tri tip is until you've experienced it. Nice crust and nice cook Ross!
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Great cook! The potatoes look killer! I have been weighing purchasing the Smokware chimney. I figure it could help here in CO during the winter on overnighters when the weather is hard to nail down. Also love the light.LBGE - Nov/'14A Texan residing in Denver, CO.

Ross in Ventura I like your cart also. Looks nice, simple and the open air aspect gets rid of most of the flammable table concerns. Also lots of storage. If/when I move to a cart I think I'll follow your lead on this one.
Did you use the gasket that came with your smokeware cap? I got one for Christmas and just stuck it on top without changing anything. Do you mainly need that if your old gasket is wearing then?
Only thing I don't like about the smokeware cap so far, is when I take off the BGE green cover, the top of the cap is usually stuck in it... :-?
Nice looking cook. Thanks for sharing.
