Thai Grilled Chicken with Dipping Sauce and Slaw

The Thai chicken was great...homemade marinade, but I cheated and used a store bought Thia Sweet Dipping Sauce.

Marinade (all done in food processor):
6 medium cloves garlic
12 sprigs cilantro, including thick stalks
3 tablespoons palm or light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce

I marinated about six hours and then cooked raised direct.

The slaw looked good, but was actually juust passable and will not be repeated. Slaw recipe: http://www.chow.com/recipes/27786-cabbage-and-carrot-herbed-slaw
