Been meaning to try lamb for a while and finally got around to it this weekend. Simple marinade with fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and olive oil. Rubbed the meat and let marinade for an hour. Grilled direct @ 375ish for 3 min per side. Turned out excellent and will now be on the regular rotation. Also had sweet potatoes that someone posted earlier here. They were also great, next time I will cook the potatoes on the egg before the meat. No action shots, just a rushed plated pic.
