Usually don't get a lot of time to egg during the week but tonight it was just to nice not to. So I went to one of my favorites. Pizza with peperoni, black olives, ham, bacon, and cheese. On @ 500 for 10 minutes. Dang it was good.

Close but not perfect. I forgot I was out of beer. LOL!! It was good anyway. Now looking forward to Saturday. Got some ribs and my first brisket to cook. Ribs will be good as usual, the brisket I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
