First cook in a few weeks due to work, so I wanted something special, for me and for the Egg. I think she missed me. Saw some bone in ribeyes with a very large spinalis muscle, at Wegman's. Fired up the Egg and cooked them Caveman, right on the hot coals. They turned out amazing. Glad to be back Egging. Tomorrow will be double crust deep dish pizza.

First time I ever saw them at my Wegmans. $10.99 a pound, compared to the dry aged strips they had for $37 a pound. I made the right choice.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA

10.99 a pound? whaaa? those are some mighty fine looking steaks, nice work!I got some dry aged steaks recently from a local butcher. he's aging the meat anywhere from 21-42 days, cuts them to order, and charges $21-24 / lb.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle
