Bama game and my new maverick

So, this weekend we are hosting the Bama disaster, I mean game....
As in my previous post, I have been searching for a remote thermometer. Well I bought a maverick 732. Got it for $49.99. I wanted something newer and better, but, I decided on this. Everyone seems to be satisfied with it, I must say I'm pretty excited.....so the menu for the game is Smoked Turkey breast sliders (sister in law doesn't eat real meat..) and Baltimore pit beef sandwiches... My question is, how many pounds of beef do I need? I will have 8-9 folks 4 of which are grown men, that know how to eat? More beef will be eaten than turkey.
Tonight's cook is blackened amberjack. On the egg. Wonderful!!!
