Made some chilli

Options
Made some chili today. Used the cow lick chilli recipe without the beans and homily. Used chicken sausage and ground turkey for the meat.

Cooked for ~3.5 hrs. Used pecan and hickory for smoke.

Looks good and smells good but won't have any until later tonight or later in the week. Planning to freeze individual portions for quick meals.

Off to the hockey game in a few.
