Today was one if those days where you just needed a steak and a beer.

So when the wife suggested grilled cheese, I almost lost it. Used the flat side of the bge cast iron grid, got it very hot. Let the temp climb and in went Wally's ribeye with plenty of Everglades, raising the steaks and minced onion. After a good crust I shut the bottom vent and got it to 120 internal.

Wifey said it was too salty. But she wanted grilled cheese so, eh. Whatever. It was perfect. imageimage
I also finally built a temporary table-- seeing as how my deck is becoming a pipe dream.... Anyone looking to buy a house in myrtle beach??? :-q

    @Jeremiah‌
    First let me say that I agree with you about almost losing it at the suggestion of a grilled cheese. That would make me bust a spring as well. I'm glad that you did not give into that request.
    The food. What can I say brother. Excellent job. The pics are literally breath taking. Right up there with hapsters and cazzys. Outstanding job all the way around. =D>

    Brother after reviewing this again, I'm forced to ask what did you use to shoot those pics with?
