Mini Pork Roasts

These were too big to be chops, not big enough for roasts.  My secret brown sugar rub, with a little commercial chipotle rub added.  Sweet potatoes and green beans on the side.

Darned good, but served too late for our schedules.  Going to have to start preparing the meal the day before and reheating every week night.  Don't like that, but it is what it is.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
