Change of pace a bit

With all the non BGE cooks being posted, here are some steaks actually cooked on the BGE for your enjoyment. Cooked down low and flipped several times so a medium rare. No cut pictures but they were awesome.

You can cook steaks on the egg? And they end up looking like that? I've got to give that a try. Those look great.

But so as I don't contribute to yet another thread hijacking...

Those are some excellent looking steaks - that unfortunately I can only see on my phone but not my computer. And most of the time I prefer charcoal grilled to seared in cast iron.

Yep I can see the picture, and its beautiful! Great color on those steaks. I feel like I could eat all of them.

Steaks:

Marinate in Soy Sauce (period) for an hour or so prior to egging. Enough Soy Sauce for one side, flip at 30 minutes or so. 

Nothing else required- perhaps some fresh ground pepper to taste  

Cook  as you choose
