Turbo Baby Backs ... that is. Been running about 350 dome or maybe even just a tad more. Should I foil these puppies at some point or just let em cook like they currently sit? How long do you folks think they'll take? If these turn out I'll be done with 6hr rib cooks! Anxious to see what happens!
