Stuffin leftovers into Portobello Shrooms

Pretty silly I guess but it wasn't bad at all. I got a hankerin for some bello shrooms and filled 3 of them with leftover pulled chuckie and 1 with chicken, then topped with smoked Gouda, feta & moz cheese. Cooked at 400 indirect. They turned out better than anticipated.
