Tuesday Little Pizza Things...

Wife is coming home from an overnight in Boston...

Something simple and quick, I have a few more of those litte pizza crusts and leftover chicken. Gonna make some kind of sauce less quesadilla things for dinner.

I picked up some naan today. Gonna make some pizzas one day this week. Probably be tomorrow. I know you've probably done it before but can you post setup and dome temp again?

No problem

Woo with plate setter, grid, woo extender to raise the pizza stone. Do the pies at about 400-500 done. Don't think I need to go higher since the stone is heating up with the egg.

@hapster - looks good, luv me sum pizza. 

Gotta watch out for those sparks.  Little story.  I was lighting my egg a couple of months back and an ember landed on my face.  I figured damage done, I can take a few little burns, but it kept burning.  I plucked it off with my fingers and it burned them.  I had a face burn that looked like a vagina (not that vaginas are a bad thing).  Needless to say, I'm a little more cautious now, especially with the sparking lump.  I'm thinking about getting a 10 foot pole to connect to my torch.
