First cook

So I did my first cook last night.  Nice and simple one of Tri-tip and Rosemary Garlic potatoes.  Cooked raised, indirect @ 450 for an hour.  The Woo with heat deflector and drip pan worked fantastic.  Only gripe was that when I removed the daisy wheel to put on the ceramic cap (to snuff the fire), it pulled 1/4 of the felt gasket off with it!  WTF?  It's the black felt looking gasket, not the white / gray like on the dome.  Anyway as I like to BBQ year round, I think I will just order the Smokeware SS vent cap.
