Made a raised grid for the MBGE tonight. Thought I should give it a try to see how it works with wings. Indirect at 400 with Rockwood and some mesquite chips. Sauce to follow. image
L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....

    I know! I know! Didn't have the need to make that many tonight.  :D

    I could have cooked them on the small but I wanted to see how much different it cooked with some wings so high in the dome.
