Wife had them all prepped and ready for the egg when I got home from work. Green bell pepper par boiled and stuffed with a mixture of wild rice, onion, tomato sauce, Worcestershire and ground beef... Topped with more tomato sauce and parm cheese.. In the egg at 350 indirect for 45 minutes... Good stuff

Par boil peppers, cook rice... sautée some onion and/or garlic and add ground beef, turkey or sausage, some tomato sauce, Worcestershire and some rice maybe some egg... Stuff into peppers and top with more tomato, parm cheese... Indirect at 350 for 45 minutes..... Anything goes with stuffed peppers, just stuff em and let em rip!
