Has anyone used or owned a SPARQ griddle?. My wife gave me one and I was
wondering, how it has worked for you? I was planning on using it for
eggs or pancakes on the BGE
The soapstone is a great heat reservoir I remember a friend with a soapstone wood stove that would be warm four hours after the fire went out.

Yeah..had one and it cracked...sorry to say but you're better with cast
but then again..I'm cookling with gas..lol
