Turbo BB Ribs (@SHG and @cazzy inspired)

Had some frozen bb ribs from Costco I wanted to cook. Decided this time to try the "turbo" method instead of low and slow like I've done before.
Ribs were coated with mustard and DP Dizzy Dust for a few hours in the fridge. Got the egg to 350 indirect with cherry and pecan chips for smoke. Max helped me get everything set up - making sure I didn't drop anything.
After 2.5 hours I sauced with Sweet Baby Ray's. Threw on some corn on the cob coated with butter and Tony Chachere's More Spice Creole seasoning.
Good thing I bought some Landshark at the store today. Helped me get the ribs and corn cooked while watching some football. Not sure I'll ever do a low and slow rib cook again. These things tasted amazing. Cheers.

Looks like a slam dunk to me. Beautiful plated pic. That corn looks mighty fine laying there as well. All around excellent cook. You know I have to do it brother.

@SGH - appreciate it! Corn had the perfect blend of sweetness and spice. Ribs cut easily and had a finish taste like no other.@cazzy - didn't pull from the bone like yours, but yes the caramelization was spot on.Thanks @anzyegg - I enjoyed, promise!Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"
