Satisfying Saturday

Decided to make lollipops per wife's request. Set-up indirect 250℉ish with RW and some oak. Made all the lollipops while watching Platoon and some football.Marinated for roughly 5 hrs. Wrapped 1/3 in regular bacon, 1/3 in turkey bacon and 1/3 naked.

Lol i used to deliver to yunling in tampa. Never had it as they don't sell it around here but heard it was good.

Absolutely post it! The next best thing to cooking is seeing what other people are cooking. Heck I like seeing simple things like burgers.

Mmmm beer. Haven't had the Sam Adams octoberfest, but the Great Lakes octoberfest is delicious. I'll have to put the lollipops on the list of things to cook, haven't tried them yet. They look pretty killer!

It's essentially a chicken wing that is used. One wing makes two lollipops.
