Extra Hot and Garlic Wings

Marinated in Dichickos Extra Hot and Garlic for a couple of days. Indirect at 400 for 40 minutes. Not too hot, but a nice hot after taste.
Son In Law 1.0 was using the kitchen to prepare the brew for making orange ale, so this was an easy no mess cook.

Looks like a winner to me Doc. Question, if I may. Why a couple of days? I saw RRP had done something similar on one of his post. Just curious as why the very extended submersion time.
