Dinner tonight: deboned chicken with prosciutto provolone and spinach

Options
Not exactly a stuffed chicken, but it's deboned, and filled with prosciutto, provolone, and spinach. I folded it over and brushed with oil and sprinkled with salt. On indirect at 400. Dessert is to be a big apple pie sort of thing. Sliced apples tossed with vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, arrowroot and salt. Tucked into premise pie shells, in the CI skillet. Hope it doesn't burn. Finished pix to follow, unless I burn it :) What's everyone else egging tonight?
