Country style ribs moist and tender

Options
Spouse wanted them fork tender. So I placed them in baking pan, seasoned with Costco rib rub. Used a mix of pineapple and orange juice poured into baking pan to keep them moist and tender Cooked indirect at 325 for 2 1/2 hrs. They came out moist and tender as requested.

Sounds like a winner to me. Glad that they turned out well. My family loves country style ribs.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

I braised some last week in root beer for an hour then started mixing in BBQ sauce. Pretty tender. Nice cook buddy!
