We got back from our FF draft and got the egg going. Sitting back enjoying the post draft conversation when ...WHOOSH! The sad part is the dogs were outside. I'm gonna hear about that when Wilma gets up!

The cap was on because I was cooking with it rather than drinking it. I was braising country ribs in root beer.

Fully understand the eau de wet dog. German shepherds take forever to dry off, too, so that smells lingers.

Our mutt hound has shorter fur, but I know what you mean. I grew up with collies. Lingers is a good word for it. If you have a wet spring or fall, that funk takes up residence!

Yeah, sorry, my bad.  Seems like every time I light the egg lately it triggers a gully washer.  As for the dogs, we have a pit puppy that hates storms and doesn't like to get wet so it usually means their is a piss spot on the floor somewhere.
