Picked up a nice NY Strip for me and chicken kabobs for the ladies; along with some U-10 scallops...

Nice fresh salad as the side... Simple, easy, and likely pretty damn tasty

Pics to follow shortly... Weather is perfect in SEPA for an evening of egging, sticks, and an adult beverage or two

Was at the coast this week- I ate scallops till they were coming out of my ears... Love them. Only reason I kind of want to buy a salt block

I did a S&T with tri-tip, grouper, and scallops on Monday. I probably had 20 of the forty I cooked. I love being by the coast.
