I just got one from the Ceramic Grill Store. How do you use it?
The web site says to double wrap it so do you just run a sheet of foil all around the ring? Do you need to make a depression so the drippings have some place to collect? And do you need to lift it off the stone to keep things from burning. I imagine the air between the top and bottom layers of foil can act as a buffer, but I'm just guessing here folks.
