My mother needed help with some of the food for her little get together so I stepped up and cooked her top rounds for her.  Funny, they were served as a side dish.  The main dish was a shrimp, clam, sausage, potato and scallion combo.  Was a neat Idea, and just an all around good time.  Reverse seared the steaks, and even though I am not a fan of the cut, they came out pretty good.
