I was invited to cook last Friday to celebrate the newly remodeled offices of one of our business partners. (Actually he got me hooked on the BGE years ago)So he gathered up our eggs hauled them over to the building and early Friday morning, the lighting of the Eggs.

With 2 groups cooking, prep was going on at two places, the "Kitchen" and my house. I cooked the butts with a just in time awareness.

The temp reached about 103 in the shade. We started about 9:30 and finished up around 5:00
