Too tired to take a bunch of pics. Scored 5 lbs of hatch for free.
Roasting
Processed some brisket and warmed in a beef broth mix. Toasted the buns and then piled on the brisket, onion, hatch and white cheddar cheese.

Was the brisket in the freezer from an earlier cook? How does it keep and how did you "process" it?MSV Chill Spot

It was. I just put it in the food processor and chopped it up. Warmed in...
2 cups beef broth
Stick of butter
Splash or two of Worcestshire
Some rib rub
Strain all the broth out and use. Tasted great. I'd go 3 cups of broth next time
It was brisket flat.

You guys are killing me with all those posts about hatch peppers. Beside unicorns and rainbows, what does that taste like (we don't have them in the GWN).____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli

Cazzy this one time at band camp......(wrong story). We once went to San Antonio for three days and still stopped in Austin at a Chuy's for a fix. I love the place.
