Grilled Scamp: Coat with mayo. You won't taste it. It's only function is to keep the fish from sticking to the grate. Dust with lemon pepper (i used dizzy pig). Cook hot and direct till the fish isn't clear all the way through.
Salad: Maters, cuckes, and avocado with salt, pepper and lime juice.
