Hope someone can help me with this. I need help with strategy.
Making Ribs (off BGE in about an hour and a half), Spatchcocked Chicken, Beer Butt Chicken and corn/baked taters. I was going to put Beer Butt on next, have potatoes and corn on while cooking then Spatchcocked and more corn/potatoes. Need to get done by 5 EST if possible.
I have a medium BGE, so that is only way I can do it I think. Thoughts?
Medium BGE in Cincinnati OH.

Tall order. I would do the corn/ taters in the oven/ stove. There, I said it. At least potatoes.

Need pics if you did it...sounds like a great meal to me.

I wouldn't waste your time with the beer can chickens, and I'd instead spatch them both. Maybe even cut them in half and arrange on the grill if you are short on space to make it all fit.
