Edit: His resturants look very good and if in the area would check them out. Real cool at the woodshed they have a doggie menu

    I saw that yesterday and didn't know what to expect. I've seen far worse BBQ advice and recipes posted on Yahoo. It's not far off at all. 

    Tim Love is an excellent chef. His Tomahawk Chop at The Lonesome Dove is pretty great!!

    @Cazzy - I agree but given the time and tempature settings I would think they would be tough. Like the advice on no sauce as well.
