I saw that yesterday and didn't know what to expect. I've seen far worse BBQ advice and recipes posted on Yahoo. It's not far off at all.Tim Love is an excellent chef. His Tomahawk Chop at The Lonesome Dove is pretty great!!Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

@Cazzy - I agree but given the time and tempature settings I would think they would be tough. Like the advice on no sauce as well.
