trying a few new things for pork butt

Ive never seen a meed to inject a butt but im giving it a shot and we'll see

    Injecting is perfectly fine. Especially if you are shooting for a specific taste profile. Good luck with the cook.

    Arsenal-Just a small wore out and broken down Weber kettle. No other means to cook at all.

    injection for 10lb butt
    3 cups apple juice
    1 and 1/2 cups water
    3tbs brown sugar
    6tbs kosher salt
    1 tsp worcestershire
    1 tsp maggi seasoning or soy sauce

    its from Adam Perry Lang.

    Try Wickers. ..vinegar base.

    Pulled at 6:45 this morning. 10-11 hour smoke
     Came out incredible. 250 entire time. Wrapped at 160. Pulled at 193. Put in my cambro for about an hour then glazed with a vinegar mustard sauce and put back on smoker for 30 min.

    Doing this in the next couple of days...2nd time.  Great cook!
