I have a new egg recipe. This was a merging of a pit beef recipe and a Santa Maria style tri-tip. Overall I thought it was really good it had the flavor of Santa Maria and the consistency of roast beef. I suggest you give it a try if you like either or both. Hi Griffin you have been there before and thank you. This is really my wife's project she just lets me play from time to time. We like your blog, a lot of good looking food on there. 

The eye of round roast I made last night was good stuff, lunch will good today, leftovers.
