Did some pork chops, rubbed with Denny and Mikes Sublime Swine and finished with Denny and Mikes sweet and spicy. Went direct CI grid at about 400 pulled at 140 and rested for 10 minutes... Very tender and juicy, also grilled up some summer squash, zucchini, an avocado and corn tortillas. Very nice quick meal.imageimageimage
