Keeping it simple tonight

Local place had pork chops on sale then a reduced center cut. Snagged two packages for dinner tonight.
Had that along with some roasted potatoes, stewed squash and zucchini, and a salad.
Took butter, salt, pepper, and some brown sugar and spooned over the chops near the end. Simple salt and pepper before.

@Jeremiah, doing a little play with salty and sweet. I wanted a little sweet on the chops. My wife loved them. It was literally a tablespoon of brown sugar with about 2 tablespoons of butter along with a pinch of salt and pepper.@SGH, thanks man! Glad to see you back!
