Picked up some Colorado peaches from a guy selling them in a parking lot today. After the wings, I threw the PS in the egg and left it at 350 degrees while I came in and made up a pan of cobbler. Blanched and cut up the peaches and tossed them in the batter. Below are pics of the peaches from the box to getting blanched and then to the plate.
