    I got 2. One for tomorrow. One for Labor Day. SAMs was 3.58/lb!!

    I went to Costco on Monday and didn't buy because I have two aging in the fridge. The price then was $3.99/lb. I stopped back in on Thurs because a friend of mine asked if I would be willing to smoke one for her for a family gathering in a few weeks.  This time the price was $4.15/lb. Sucks cuz 3 months ago it was $2.69/lb for USDA Prime Certified Angus packers. 

    Worst of all, I see ads on TV for the "new brisket sandwiches" at Perkins ferchrissakes! This is not helping our cause! Dirty Bastids!
