Deep Dish Try #3 - Making Progress - somewhat pic heavy

Starting to get the hang of cooking deep dish pies, at least in terms of cook time, temp, and sauce. Just a simple pepperoni pizza this time.
Here she is ready to go on, along with some rolls out of the extra dough.
While waiting for the egg to come up to temp, I enjoyed these...
And here she is all done...it started to get a little messy getting it out of the pan, but mostly stayed intact.
And the crust was perfect for me
I have to say (as it has been pointed out in almost every thread about these I read) the 6-in-1 tomatoes make a huge difference for the sauce. Next up for me is figuring out how to make a buffalo chicken deep dish.
