Time for Home Made Chocolate Cookies on the Egg

Well after fixing supper tonight we decided before we shut her down why not make some Chocolate Chip Cookies.

She makes them Wheat, Butter & Gluten Free, but they taste Awesome which is weird since they are so Healthy.

Yes & they were Awesome  There are some left but it may take you awhile to get here.

Also they are weat, butter & Gluten free made very Healthy

Oh Ok the pic was the done pic we forgot to do a before. ) I can't say I understand because strongest thing I drink is Green Tea.

No Smoke taste at all. Lump was a mix of BGE & RO which from what I have read they are supposed to be the same I guess. I was just trying them out since RO is so much cheaper than BGE.

Thanks I always tell her I will be one of the healthiest corpse someday. All joking aside she does an Awesome job of keeping us very healthy & it was proven with our recent full Physical.

We are a boring family that doesn't Drink alcoholic beverages, eat unhealthy etc.. So we most likely wont have to many exciting cooks to show y'all.

First time she made these cookies I was very apprehensive since they are so healthy to eat. But honestly they are really good.

I start with lump at full capacity & cooked our dinner first if that helps.

She said she hasn't done much research on the Paleo Diet but she thinks it would be OK from what she knows. You would know better than her though.
