Rehearsal dinner

I am preparing 4 pork shoulders and 2 Briskets for my daughters wedding rehearsal for tonight. One of the butts has already been pulled, and the other ones are at about 185 IT right now. The Briskets are at 174 and 158 IT. The 158 guy might be putting on a foil suit here soon as I need them off the grill within about 2.5 hrs for the FTC ride to their final destination.

They are getting married at one of our local golf courses here, and as part of the package my son-in-law was given a free foursome for this week. He went out with one of his uncles this morning and got his first hole in one! I did remind him that this means he's buying

    I did five butts for my friend's son's wedding rehearsal dinner last year. I only have a medium so I did them on the off-set. We had five ten-tops on the patio. Great evening.
