Butt, Ribs, Coffee Rub, home-made raised grid

Recent cook. Decided to let the butt rain down on the ribs. Turbo butt method.  3-2-1 method on the ribs. Put a splash of apple juice in the foil during the 2 hour phase. Extremely moist and falls off the bone. (those who like to gnaw on the bone wouldn't like this).  Coffee Rub is fantastic on everything. 
Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here.  Very Extremely Stable Genius.
