Do you use a red sauce, white sauce, no sauce? Gonna try one of these tomorrow and wanted to see what people think. Any comments/ideas would be appreciated.

I would use a red sauce. Alternatively, you could use a white sauce and drizzle BBQ sauce over it, but I prefer the former.
